Babatunde Okeniyi is a respected fintech executive and digital payments strategist with extensive experience in Nigeria’s financial services and electronic payments ecosystem. He serves as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of PayAttitude, where he provides strategic leadership in advancing secure, interoperable, and inclusive digital payment solutions.
With deep expertise in payment infrastructure, banking technology, and financial innovation, Mr. Okeniyi brings valuable insight into digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and market expansion within emerging economies. His leadership experience spans product development, stakeholder engagement, and ecosystem partnerships aimed at strengthening consumer trust and merchant adoption of digital payment platforms.
As a Board Member of Bowen Microfinance Bank, he contributes strategic guidance on digital banking innovation, payments strategy, and technology-driven growth initiatives. Having completed her mandatory NYSC at the Ogun State Broadcasting Corporation, in 1980 she joined Lever Brothers Nigeria Limited (UNILEVER) as a Management Trainee. She honed her skills in Product Management and Marketing during this period, having responsibilities for major brands like Lux, Omo and Close Up.
Mrs Bose Ayeni left Lever Brothers in 1991 as a Product Group Manager to start and run the family business under the name, Senkay Nigeria Limited.
In 1997, she started Tantalizers, the food company and successfully turned it from a one outlet eatery to a company that is quoted on the Nigeria Stock Exchange. She retired from executive management position of Chief Executive Officer of Tantalizers Plc in October 2024 to make way for the next phase of growth of the Company.
She is the immediate past President of REFSPAN, the umbrella body for Restaurants, and the relevant Support businesses, a position she held for about 5 years.
She was a joint recipient (shared with her husband) of the FATE Foundation Model Entrepreneur Award 2005.
Mrs Ayeni is married to Folu Ayeni and they are blessed with two children and two grandchildren.
She is a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria

He is a fellow of both the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) He had his Professional training with Ighodalo and CO. from where he later joined Ernst and Young. He started consulting and statutory accounting practices in March 2002 after resigning from Ernst and Young with his firm based in Lagos.
Mr. Oyekola is versatile in taxation and audit of multinational enterprises, oil and gas and expatriates taxes in Nigeria. He is also a Certified Forensic Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigerian. He has been in professional practice for over 20 years and possesses vast experience and unique approach to audit, investigation, tax planning and expatriate tax advisory services.
Mr. Oyekola is a proprietor of an international school in Nigeria – Christower International School, He is a Director in Blue Sleever Bureau De Change Ltd. Mr. Oyekola is a promoter and presently the Managing Partner of OAK Chartered Accountant, an accounting Firm of three partners and 24 other members of staff. He is a member of International Association of Practicing Accountant, an association based in Survey UK. Mr. Oyekola is presently on the Board of Bowen Microfinance bank as a Director.
