- Applicant must be direct beneficiary of loan
- Must be a salary earner/business owner.
- Domiciliation of salary/business proceed to account in Bowen MFB
- Lien on Terminal Benefits/Collateral pledged towards the loan
- Submission of government bill for perfection of documents.
- Government certified survey plan must be in place.
- 50% minimum contribution
- Simple deposit of perfected documents until after loan is fully paid
- Payment directly to government
- Two guarantors who are salary earners. Guarantors to submit 3 months pay slip, copy of official ID card, undated, signed blank cheque leaflets for monthly repayments, I passport photograph and salary account bank statement and execute bank’s personal guarantee form.

- 1 Corporate guarantee backed up with undated and signed cheques for period of repayment.
- Personal guarantee of 1-3 key individuals of the company backed up by their cheques for the repayment.
