PROF. DN. JOSEPH OLUSEGUN AJIBOLA
He was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors on May 1, 2014.
He attended many educational institutions amongst which are the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) where he obtained B.sc Economics (First Class) 1983 and Ph. D Economics in 2011 at the same University. In 2001 he obtained LLB (Second Class Upper) from the University of Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003.
Prof. Ajibola was formerly Dean, College of Postgraduate Studies, Caleb University, Imota, Lagos State. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Ikeja Branch; Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria and Life Member, Nigeria Economic Society, Fellow, Institute of Directors, Nigeria among others.
Prior to his appointment at Caleb University, he held many senior positions both in private and public service. He is a Professor at Babcock University, Ilisan-Remo; Director, Risk Management at the Federal Inland Revenue Service.
He was at a time Deputy General Manager, First Bank of Nigeria Plc and Executive Director, Intercontinental Bank Plc.
DN. ABIODUN JOSEPH OLOYEDE
He is the Vice President, Finance and Investments, Nigerian Baptist Convention. He is also the on the Board of Bowen Microfinance Bank as a director.
MR. MARK EDESIRI ARIEMUDUIGHO
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and an associate member of the Institute of Management of Nigeria. He has served ICAN in several categories some of which include being an Examiner of ICAN examinations and a member of the Professional Practice Monitoring Committee of the Institute. He is also an Associate member of Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN), a member of the Forum of ICAN Members in Practice (MIP) and the secretary of the Small and Medium-sized Practitioners.

In essence, starting to build a greater future today by updating ourselves and being responsive and relevant to our clients’ needs now”. MR. OLUREMI OYEKOLA
He is a fellow of both the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) He had his Professional training with Ighodalo and CO. from where he later joined Ernst and Young. He started consulting and statutory accounting practices in March 2002 after resigning from Ernst and Young with his firm based in Lagos.
Mr. Oyekola is versatile in taxation and audit of multinational enterprises, oil and gas and expatriates taxes in Nigeria. He is also a Certified Forensic Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigerian. He has been in professional practice for over 20 years and possesses vast experience and unique approach to audit, investigation, tax planning and expatriate tax advisory services.
Mr. Oyekola is a proprietor of an international school in Nigeria – Christower International School, He is a Director in Blue Sleever Bureau De Change Ltd. Mr. Oyekola is a promoter and presently the Managing Partner of OAK Chartered Accountant, an accounting Firm of three partners and 24 other members of staff. He is a member of International Association of Practicing Accountant, an association based in Survey UK. Mr. Oyekola is presently on the Board of Bowen Microfinance bank as a Director.
